From 17 to 21 February, the Danish group discovers the school concierge service and La Créole Beach; on 19 and 21 February, the Lexington (Boston) group presents American clubs, sports and national parks to the classes from Guadeloupe; from 14 to 24 February, a Latvian teacher observes English classes.
From 14 to 23 March, the Greek group experiences the Bois-Jolan citizens’ rally, the MACTE, mangrove kayaking and the storytelling festival, before the “Trace de la grande pointe” hike.
Shared workshops: Creole initiation, Indian history and culture, carnival costumes, gwoka, and the “Kanari Kontré” meal bringing together Danish, American and Guadeloupean participants: a demonstration of the Caribbean openness of the project.
On Friday 21 February 2025, with the Lexington group: “Introduction to Creole” workshop led by Mrs Samut, “History and Indian culture” by the students and Mrs Calmelet, “Carnival costumes” by Mrs Rubrice and Mrs Angele, “Gwoka” by Mrs Edmond-Mariette, then the shared “Kanari Kontré” meal with the Danish and American groups and departure to the Pointe des Châteaux.
Latvian hosting from 17 to 21 February 2025, within the Respect for the environment week: Tērēze Stalmane discovers the CIO du Moule and the Moule vocational high school, the EDD Forum, a “Developing ERASMUS+” training, a Bokit Party, a citizen hike, a green swap and board games, before the staff association’s “Sousoun’ Kléran” cocktail.
